Nature of the site
This website is a pure visual showcase (photography portfolio) by Foreverthinking di Martino Luca. It does not collect browsing data for commercial purposes, does not profile users and performs no advertising tracking. Nothing can be purchased through the site: any collaboration begins with a direct enquiry (contact form or email).

What data we process and why
If you contact us — through the form on the Contact page or by email — we process the data you choose to provide: your name, email address and the content of your message (plus anything you include yourself). We use it solely to reply to you and to handle any negotiation that follows. The contact form sets no cookies and is not used to profile you.
Legal basis
Processing is based on steps taken at your request prior to a possible agreement (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and on the controller's legitimate interest in responding to enquiries received (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
How long we keep it
Messages and related contact data are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any collaboration, and in any case no longer than required by law (e.g. tax obligations). After that period they are deleted.
Who it is shared with
Your data is never sold or disclosed to third parties and is not used for marketing. The contact form is handled entirely on our own hosting, with no external form-collection services. Data may be processed on our behalf, as data processors, only by the technical providers necessary to run the service: the hosting and email provider (Aruba S.p.A., with servers located in the European Union).
Cookies and tracking
The site uses no profiling or tracking cookies, and no third-party analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) or social network pixels. See the Cookie Policy for details.
External services
Fonts are hosted directly on this site: no calls are made to external services (such as Google Fonts) while browsing.
Your rights
You may exercise at any time the rights under Arts. 15-22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of the data you have sent us, through the contact form on the site. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante, www.garanteprivacy.it).
